Introduction | As globalization has been rapidly expanded, international business becomes a key attention in world economy. International students are required to understand international business disciplines which is a core domain in management. In particular, they should acknowledge not only the cross-border dynamic business environments such as political- economic- legal and culture differences, but also MNE’s international business strategy and global operation mechanism in foreign markets with practical global mindsets. |
Course information
COURSE DESCRIPTION & GOALS | This course provides students with the key concepts and business practices in international business. This course also offers students an opportunity to understand the international environment and the various management issues faced by global businesses. Based on basic understanding the global business environments, this course discusses key concepts, theory and practical techniques for internationalization, global business environment analysis, foreign market entry strategy, and global operation policy. At the end of this course, you should be able to learn the key concepts, tools, and frameworks of international business practice.
